The special-shaped LED display is a beautiful, flexible and fashionable product newly developed in recent years. For example, there are two types of spherical special-shaped LED display in design and production. The first is a hemispherical special-shaped LED display. Usually such a sphere is large in shape and needs to be appreciated and viewed at a farther location. The second is a full-spherical special-shaped LED display. The production and design methods of spherical special-shaped LED display are:
1 For outdoor spherical special-shaped LED display with a larger diameter, the ball is divided and cut according to the latitude, and a row of LED pixel tubes is placed at each latitude, so a single pixel tube can be used.
2 For indoor screens, special LED unit boards are designed, or they can be based on dot spacing. The special-shaped unit board is designed to be spliced into a hexagon, or a triangle.
3 For indoor spherical special-shaped LED display screens with a smaller diameter, a surface-mounted three-in-one LED lamp can be used. The light strip is like the first form, and a flexible printed circuit board is used to make a point-by-point controllable light strip, which surrounds the sphere according to the latitude.
